Snapshots, 1917
File — Box: 1
Scope and Contents
Thirty-three photographic prints of snapshots made at Camp Cody, New Mexico, 1917, depicting camp life and scenes. Photographs appear to have belonged to a soldier stationed at Camp Cody, possibly Joseph D. [Deming] Hale of Company M, 133rd Infantry of the Iowa National Guard. Most of the photographs presumably were taken by Hale. Photographs are not identified. Most of the prints are postcard-size, but seven are smaller format. Two of the smaller images are copies of two of the postcard-sized images.
