Scope and Contents
The research files contain journal articles, newspaper clippings, field notes and other materials collected by Lyon on the subject of Native American dance ceremonies and rituals. The materials are arranged by language group, which was Lyon's original arrangement. Photographs have been separated from the folders, replaced with photocopies and the originals placed into the photographs series.
