Scope and Contents
This collection contains personal correspondence between William B. Lyon and his fiancé Corie(Cora) Bowman. Letters dated November 1882 to September 1882 were exchanged during their engagement. Letters dated December 1882 through November 1889 are correspondence after Corie and William were married. Corie visited her parents in Mesilla NM often while William remained in Albuquerque NM to run his medical practice.
