Scope and Contents

This series contains photos of several dams in New Mexico and Colorado including the Elephant Butte, Tortugas and Wagon Wheel Gap dams. There are also images of the marker which Gregg and his friend Bob Mahaney placed on November 6, 1965 at the site of Pat Garrett’s murder. Other photographs show historic views of Las Cruces, Santa Fe, and other places. Many of these appear to be copies from elsewhere in the Rio Grande Historical Collections.
