These records come from regular finances as well as special transactions including the sale of the clubhouse and the disposal of club assets in preparation for dissolution. The decision to sell the clubhouse was arrived at in 1995 and the club began preparing for dissolution and deliberating where to donate its money and other assets in 1998. The records here include treasurer’s reports, committee reports, meeting minutes, check registers and other documents. Arranged by type and chronologically, with general financial records coming first and records from specific transactions at the end.
