Scope and Contents
This series is divided into three subseries: The Chile Pepper Kitchen, Green Gold, and Heat Up Your Life! Each subseries focuses on a specific video project. The Chile Pepper Kitchen was a television series about chile peppers and how different locales used them in their cuisine. Green Gold was a documentary meant to show the path of chile through history. Heat Up Your Life! was a three part documentary about chile peppers produced for PBS. The series consists of tape transcripts, shooting schedules, project summaries, outlines/summaries of episodes, and an agreement of work.
