Scope and Contents
This series consists of papers regarding the Fiery Foods Show, now known as the National Fiery Foods and Barbeque Show, which is produced annually by Dave DeWitt and his wife Mary Jane Wilan. The series is organized primarily by chronology, with the exception of the last two folders, which deal with the Fiery Foods Shows in Florida and Sydney. The series consists of articles, floor plans, programs, and news releases.
