The materials in this subseries include legal documents, correspondence, and other papers related to the land condemnation cases on the White Sands Missile Range. The correspondence is related to the condemnation cases and details hearing dates, commissioner appointments, and requests for information. The letters often apply to more than one case. They also include information on employment compensation, and commissioner expenses. Significant authors include William Bivins and H. Vearle Payne.
