This series is divided into two sub-series: research notebooks and research notes and materials. Research notebooks are arranged first by date, then when there were no dates, in alphabetical order. The research notes have been arranged by subject alphabetically. The original order of the items has been maintained. Notes on the Osage murders in Oklahoma during the 1920s make up a large portion of these materials.
