Cloyd Miller, president of the college), "Faculty and Staff Bulletins," general files, grant proposals, legal opinions, minutes, photographs, regents' reports, other reports and meeting vouchers. This series is a very complete record of Mrs. McMillen's tenure on the Western New Mexico University Board of Regents, 1959-1968. Arranged alphabetically by document type. Reports are further arranged by subject.
