A large portion of this series (52 folders) concerns the Board of Educational Finance (BEF) and includes correspondence, minutes, data summaries and analyses, budget estimates, policies, and information about each of the state's academic institutions. The remainder of the materials almost entirely relates to offices, departments, boards, commissions, agencies, and committees of New Mexico state government. They are arranged alphabetically and contain correspondence, minutes, bills, reports, charts, tables, publications, and notes.
