The photographs series mostly consists of prints located among Author Files that were intended for publication or promotional use. The series is arranged alphabetically by author, correspondent, or subject name, therein chronologically. The container list also details the image numbers assigned within each folder per Departmental numbering scheme ([collection number/individual image number - eight digit item numbers]).
Other identified photographs are prints or computer-generated images that may have been considered for publication or publicity purposes. Wherever possible, they have been identified and labeled within the Photographs Series.
Copyright interests with regard to photographs belong to the individual or entity creating the image. ABSOLUTELY NO REPRODUCTIONS of these images can be made without written permission of the copyright holder. In most cases, this would be Cinco Puntos Press; however, the right may still belong to the photographer or artist in question.
