Scope and Contents
Videotapes are arranged alphabetically by performer or author listed. These tapes are in different types of formats: VHS tapes and compact video cassettes. The VHS tapes are commonly used to show film video, whereas the compact video cassettes were commonly used by videographers with certain video cameras. They were used commonly throughout the 1990s. A videocassette adapter that allows the playing of compact video cassettes on VHS players is included with the Videotapes series. The tapes are also listed by format, either VHS or Compact Video.
