Scope and Content Note

From the Collection: The pictures in this collection primarily show the building of canals and ditches, but also the Rio Grande, crop damage, a town street (likely to be Albuquerque), and a train yard. There are 68 negatives and contact prints of each image was made in black and white. There is also a 30 minute video tape which details the Rio Grande.
