Files from the NMSU University Student Records (Registrar's Office). The bulk of the material pertains to the Class of 1919 Scholarship Medal Fund. The fund was established by Era Rentfrow, president of the class of 1919 and long-time registrar of the college. Records include correspondence and financial documents for the fund, as well as two sample medals. Other materials include some miscellaneous university publications, three photographs of student groups, and an issue of The Organ Discord, a small newspaper-format publication of students at the New Mexico College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts, from 1920
