Will seek more permanent rights of acquisition at a later date. Material includes title documents to Mandell family leads in El Paso Upper Valley, with detail in early title abstracts detailing Refugio Grant (ca. 1908) written in Spanish. Shows map of holdings and later title instruments. Also includes photographs and news clippings of Mandell's prize-winning dairy herds.
