The Memorial is signed on behalf of the company by Numa Reymond, Phoebus Freudenthal, Henry J. Cuniffe, A.Z. Higgins and one other illegible signature. Also includes signature pages of endorsers, which include territorial governor Edmund Ross, ex-governor and chief justice S. B. Axtell and many others.
