Five photographs taken at the Mescalero Apache reservation by Grant Keyes during the 1920s. The photographs depict teepees and crowds of people gathered for an event. Grant and Amy Keyes owned a cabin near the Mescalero Reservation in the 1920s. The Keyes came to New Mexico in 1913. Grant Keyes was the Texaco agent in Roswell and his employees delivered gasoline to the Hondo Valley and Ruidoso, according to a descendant.
