Content Description

Two scrapbooks, photographs, and ephemera related to the family of Martin Amador Campbell. Most of the materials pertain to his grandmother Corina Amador and her daughter Natalia Campbell (Martin Amador Campbell's aunt). One scrapbook belonged to Corina Amador and contains extensive correspondence, 1899-1910, clippings, and ephemera. The other scrapbook contains primarily information on Natalia Campbell and her activities as a professional dancer. Among the photographs are the holy communion photographs of Julieta Amador, 1896, and Corina Amador, 1899. Two envelopes of photographs were sent to Martin Amador Campbell by a cousin, Marian Annette Carnes, from California in 2024. These photographs depict the family of Ms. Carnes grandfather, Celso Amador, cousin of Corina Amador.
