These decrees relate to supplies, promotions, distribution of lands, Indian wars, the opening of ports on the Pacific coast, and battles at Rosario. A set of papers dated 1845 concern foreigners and illegal sales in the Santa Fe and Las Vegas areas of New Mexico.
