Scope and Contents

From the Sub-Series: An act approved February 13, 1880 established a territorial board composed of twenty commissioners, known as the Bureau of Immigration. The primary duty of this agency was to publish information concerning the economic resources of New Mexico to attract outside capital and immigration into the territory.
