Photograph Collection

 Collection
Identifier: Archives 60.0

Scope and Content

This collection accumulated over time in various offices and repositories at the university. Primary among these were the library and the alumni office. Donations over the years, from alumni and community members, also increased the number of photographs in the collection. The collection is an eclectic one, ranging from early photos, such as that of the first graduating class in 1901, to contemporary photos of university activities. A large privately donated collection of slides from Dr. Jay Schufle, professor emeritus in chemistry, also is included.
