1924 – there is a “Correspondence and Extension Department”

1932 – there is a “Department of Extension”

1942 – “Extension and Correspondence Courses” are listed

1953 – the University Bulletin says “correspondence courses are offered by various departments”

1962 – there is a “Director of Extension and Field Service”

1973 – there is an “Extension Division”
