The collection documents the history and operation of B. Ruppe Drugs and consists mostly of print and written material, such as notes, recipes, remedios, newspaper and magazine article, as well as financial records, posters, and ephemeral objects all created or used by the employees of B. Ruppe Drugs. Of particular note are the handwritten and typed herbal recipes, remedies, as well as inspirational and religious materials attributed to herbalist and curandera, Maclovia Sanchez de Zamora.
