Content Description

The Barelas Photo Collection includes ten archival file boxes containing original photos, computer generated photo prints, facsimiles, some newspaper clipping and ephemera.The collection is organized into archival boxes and folders. Each photo is given an item number. Boxes are numbered 1-10. The photos are organized by subject headings labeled on the boxes which are- Box 1: Bridges, Street Scenes, Urban Renewal, Box 2: Buildings, Box 3: Education, Box 4: Entertainment, Box 5: People/Groups, Box 6: Railroads, Box 7: Churches, Ceremonies and Cemeteries, Box 8: Sports, Box 9: Weddings, Box 10: Women/People. The container list below is printed by subject matter for the convenience of the researcher. There is also a searchable Access database and a PowerPoint presentation available.
