The first note is a Christmas card from Kloss that briefly thanks Kroll for the copper plates he sent and mentions that she plans to send him a print from one of them. She also notes that her health is well, but that she is unable to work long hours anymore.
Scope and Contents In the second note, Kloss mentions that she is sending Kroll a print of an etching she made in 1939, Far Across the Rio Grande and she goes into some technical details about her process.
