Scope and Content

From the Collection: Series I of RG-08, Subject Files of the Office of the President, consists of administrative, board and personnel records, committee meeting notes and minutes, financial, audit, and budget records, congressional testimony and federal appropriation records, strategic planning documents, records regarding the financing and construction of the new IAIA campus all related to the operations and activities of the Office of the IAIA President, 1986-2000, with the bulk of the records representing the years of 1992-2000. The series covers many important events in the history of IAIA, including the hiring of several presidents, the appointments of members of the Board of Trustees, lawsuits, federal budget cuts, and new legislation as well as the day to day activities of the office as well as the board of trustees.

From the Collection: 24 manuscript cases (12 cu. ft). The collection is located on the campus of IAIA, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The archives are located in the Library & Technology Center.
