Scope and Content

Collection contains records from the City of Santa Fe Planning Commission and the Historic Design Review Board. Records deal with review and approval of proposed changes to land use or buildings, ensuring that changes meet with city codes, covenants, and zoning regulations. The Historic Design Review Board actions pertain to designated historic areas, while the Commission addresses all concerns within the city limits including capital improvements and urban development projects. Collection includes photographs to visualize problems and/or status of specific projects. Street addresses, names of residents, and dates are given for most projects.
