Scope and Contents
Letters written to Gustave Baumann from various galleries, museums, and companies regarding woodcut sales, consignments, and exhibitions; marionette shows and equipment; and printing supplies. Includes a small selection of drafts of letters written by Baumann in response. Also includes pamphlets; newsletters; and some financial statements, consignment records, and receipts that were enclosed with letters. Any letters addressed to Jane Henderson Baumann regarding print sales have been kept with Gustave Baumann’s business correspondence.
