Plans, lists, financial records, correspondence, and assorted papers concerning exhibits and collections at the Panama-California Exposition in San Diego, California. Includes the following: plans for exhibits about archaeology, anthropology, ethnology, art, science, social and child welfare, etc.; lists and descriptions of collections, including Native American artifacts and art; expense accounts from William Henry Holmes and Aleš Hrdlička's expeditions and artifact shipments; and sketches and layouts for exhibit rooms. Also includes correspondence, inventories, and descriptions concerning human remains taken from different countries by Hrdlička for the Exposition.
