Newspaper clippings concerning the following topics: the School of American Archaeology/School of American Research and its summer field schools; the Museum of New Mexico; the New Mexico Museum of Art; the Palace of the Governors; Hewett's archaeological work in the Southwestern United States and at the site of Quiriguá in Guatemala; and various events in Santa Fe. Also includes newspaper clippings concerning art exhibitions, the Taos and Santa Fe art colonies, and artists such as Julius Rolshoven, Carl Lotave, Gerald Cassidy, and Carlos Vierra.
