Includes correspondence with Wesley Bradfield, James Fulton Zimmerman, Albert Ernest Jenks, Lansing B. Bloom, Paul A. F. Walter, E. H. Wells, Richard Charles Dillon, Rollin Harvelle Tanner, Tsianina, E. B. Renaud, Frederick Webb Hodge, and others. Also includes a letter from Hewett to President James Fulton Zimmerman of UNM recommending that the university acquire sections of land that are of scientific or historic interest.
