Scope and Contents

Correspondence concerning the following topics: the School of American Research and its summer field school; the Museum of New Mexico; the San Diego Museum (now the San Diego Museum of Us); the University of New Mexico; and the archaeological sites of Puye Cliff Dwellings, Chaco Canyon, Paa-ko, and Gran Quivira in New Mexico. Includes correspondence with Wesley Bradfield, Albert Ernest Jenks, Tsianina, Margery Bedinger, Francis La Flesche, E. H. Wells, Lydia J. Trowbridge, and others. Also includes papers concerning meetings of the New Mexico Assocition of Presidents of State Institutions of Higher Education; a copy of a paper titled "Trait Differences between Three Groups in Education (Teachers, Research Workers, and Administrators"; and lists of attendees at the summer field school.
