David A. Phillips, Jr. 's draft letter declares that Foundation is ready to make formal offer in the form of a lease-purchase option.
Lease-purchase option (proposed): 1. Loan extended for 1 year; payment $5,000.00.2. Further extensions, $5,000.00 each, for successive 6-month terms, up to 6-30-89.3. Purchase option during period 6-30-88 to 6-30-90, at upward sliding scale from $400,000.00 to $480,000.00
Helmuth J. Naumer inquires whether loan extension payments can be applied against purchase price.
