This collection contains papers pertaining to the faculty and faculty governance at New Mexico Highlands University. A faculty governance structure emerged at the university in 1931. Minutes of general faculty meetings exist from that date forward. A faculty committee structure also developed in 1931, with the formation of an Administrative Council.
